Obopay was extremely supportive of usability testing, so much so that they asked that my team build an in-house lab so we could support ongoing testing. My team designed the lab, recruited, created test scripts, conducted the testing, and provided the analysis. Our in-house testing saved the company money by ruling out certain features, and generated many new feature ideas from the product team.
