Core Product Redesign

My time at Virgin Pulse* was short–I was recruited to build out Obopay’s UX team–but it was very productive and rewarding. In less than six months, I was able to redesign Virgin’s core product, an online activity tracker. The former product only tracked pedometer data, and the visual design was not terribly compelling. I collaborated with product management and engineering to design a new product. We leaned heavily on core use cases and usability research, and I directed an outside agency to apply a new design style.
